he has been soft spoken both in giving encouragement and in dealing out his criticism. I can tell that he is going to insist on precision and exactness. That is fair enough. It should be easier to check for the other instructors if I can satisfy him. Only solo students are flying tomorrow. Will give me a chance to take it easy, read, and get to church. Am looking forward to getting home for Xmas day. Sunday - Dec. 21 Spent a rather leisurely day which was much to my liking. Lyle Roberts, Jerry Rickert, Ken & I went uptown for supper and then to a movie. We picked up a friend of Lyle's named Ross Miller who used to be on the faculty at Nebraska and is now connected with the Hereford Cattle Breeding Association. Roberts & Rickert are two of the better boys down here.
