What a magnificent job the Russians are doing. It now looks, however, as if they will undoubtedly have an army intact when all this ends. What is to keep them from overrunning all of Europe? If Russia continues to build her world prestige with military victories, what a problem the U.S. will have with the Communists in this country! Must England & the U.S. end up fighting that outfit too? It looks like a pretty rough & rocky road ahead. Thursday, Dec. 25, Christmas Day 1941 -- peace on earth, good will toward men is having a hard go of it these days. However, I am sure that this present world war which has engulfed the U.S. these past few weeks did not spoil the Kinnick family's enjoyment of this holy day.
