Saving...
expect to get things lined up so that I can go home from Friday until Monday. It will be great to see the family again. I really hadn't expected to get home again for quite awhile when I bid them goodbye at Xmas time. It was reassuring to hear over the radio tonight that the Germans counter attack against the British in Libya was mostly a gigantic bluff. I hope that analysis is correct. It would be too bad if Britain lost once again her fine advancements there. Most of the boys, including Pettit, have now passed their final check. The remaining few will finish up tomorrow. Sure hope we don't lose anyone at this late stage.
