take a peck of flouer well dryed a pound of fresh butter tenderly melted in good milk clous mas and sen mint 2 or 3 not megs 2 ounces to gehter and one pound of find suger Stor these in to your flouer one pint of Sack mixed with 3 pings of [Ale?] yest a Lettell rose watter put in your melted butter firsd [just?] blod warm then you yest and when it is well mixed have reddy [1?] pound of corans and so put them in warm and when your oven reddy put it in and when it is a [illegible]  [illegible] quick oven wll you may bake it in a ower and hafe
