(88) To make a white wine possit Take a pint of Creame set it on the fire & put to it better than a spoonfull of white bread grated let it boile & have ready a gill of white wine in a Chinay basin & a little grated nutmeg warm it before you put your Creame to it & sweeten it to your taist. then power on your Creame & strow a little fine sugar upon it if you please may put in a little grated Cinamon & so use it
