To Make a puding with white ote Cakes Take 4 of ye Cakes & cut ym in thin Slices put ym in a pan & put to ym a quart of milk or Cream made hot 12 Eggs but 6 of ye whits beat ym well & wn ye Caks are well Soked beat ym Small & put in ye Eggs & a pound of melted butter & Suger & Spice to you taist mix it well together So put it in ye disk & bake it To Make a Marron bread puding Take a penny white lofe or roule & Slice into a pint & half of milk or Cream yn Sett it on ye fire till ye milk be all wasted beat it very Small yn put in about 6 ounces of butter melted thick & 7 Eggs but 3 whits Spice orang flower watter & suger to your taist put in a dish Some marron in big lumps & put ye pouding upon it & put paint round ye Edges of ye dish half an hour will bake it you may add a little slice Sittron
