Rasberry Brandy To a Quart of Brandy put a Quart of ye Fruit whole so let them stand stop'd up 2 Weeks shaken them every Day then run it thorough a flannell Bagg Sweeten it then run it thorough again so Bottle up for use when you sweeten it let that be Double refin'd Sugar. To Make Black Cherry Brandy Put yr Cherries to ye Brandy and let a few of ym be Bruised stones and all put in also a good Quantity of Tops of Clovegilly Flower and Sweeten it as you like it w/th Sugar or Sugar Candy a Day let it stand stoopt and infus'd shaking it every Day till such time as you think ye Cherries has lost their Goodness then clear it of and Bottle up for use - - -
