Milk Punch Take 9 Lemons paire them and Squeese them into 3 Pints of Scim Milk with some of ye Pealing Let it Stand 2 Hours coverd with a Warm Cloth and sett in a Pan of Hot Warter ten take out the Curd And while the Way is Warm put in ye White of 2 Eggs not Beaten, Stir it about and put it threw a Jelly Bagg then put in a Pint and a half of Brandy and Sweeten it to yr. Taste and strain it threw a Clean Bagg Then Bottle it up
