in a Tureen - or for a corner dish. - Stone Cream Miss Baldwin Put into the Glass dish you intend to use 3 Spoonfuls of Lemon or Orange wine with a little of the Peel grater'd - apricots or other Sweetmeats - chopped if preferd will answer as well - Then take a pint of good Cream with a small quantity of Isinglass and some Sugar - boil it untill the Isinglass is quite dissolved then strain it into a Tea Pot - and when the Cream is about the warmth of new Milk pour it gently over the Sweetmeats round & round untill all is put into the dish - It shou'd be made early in the day it is to be used.
