Thin Buscuits Rub into 1/2 lb: of Flour, a small piece of Butter, 1 egg, warm milk sufficient to make it into a stiff Paste. Roll it out very thin indeed Sweeten the whole with lump Sugar well sifter. Lemon Pudding. Boil the rind of 3 lemons till quite tender, then pound them well in a mortar add the yolks of 5 eggs well beaten 4 oz: Butter, 4 oz: Sugar the juice of 1 lemon 2 Sponge Cakes or Naples Biscuits add about 1/2 Pint of goof Milk and Cream.
