Lemon Cheese [?] 4 Eggs the whites of two the juice of 1 lemon the rinds of 2 grates 1/4 lb: sugar 1/4 lb butter. Sweet Macaroni Boil 2 oz: Macaroni in a pint of milk with a bit of lemon peel and a goof bit of Cinammon until the [pipes?] are [swolled?] to their utmost size without breaking, lay them on a dish and pour a custard over them hot, - Serve cold.
