Let the carp be boiled, and well drained or a cloth; put it into the sauce; simmer it two or three minutes let the remainder of the zoe be mixed with egg; a little grated lemon - peel, and nutmeg, fried in little cakes; garnish the dish with these sippets with three corners and fried dry.
