For Lumbago [illegible] Chile Vinegar Take 1 1/2 oz of Cayenne pods - Put them into a Quart Bottle - Fill it up with the best Vinegar - Cork it up, & let it stand about a month. Then filter it through some blotting paper for use. - Fill the bottle again with Vinegar & you will find the second filling as good as the first: - letting it stand its proper time as the pint.
