68. Clear Lemon Jelly. Miss Birkheads 3 ounces of Isinglass. 1 quart of Water boiled till quite dissolved and stand till cold then put into a saucepan till luke warm. adding the juice of five Lemons with sugar to your taste half a pint of White Wine and small Glass of Brandy the whites of five eggs beaten to a stiff froth throw in the shells and boil all 20 minutes stiring it all the time put in a cup of cold water let it stand five minutes them pass it through a Jelly bag untill clear. NB. This will make a small shape
