72 Excellent Imperial. Quarter of a pound of Cream of tartar two pounds of sugar 1 ounce of Ginger a Lemon pour three gallons of boiling water upon the above ingredients and when milk warm add a little good yeast to work it bottle it for use. 73. To make peppermint Water. 30 drops of oil of peppermint drop it on a lump of sugar put it in a bottle and pour a quart of boiling Water on it when Cold cook it up and it is fit for use.
