82 Celerta Cream Boil one ounce of Isinglass in 3 pints of Milk and Cream mixed When melted strain it through a lawn sieve put a tablespoonful of extract of Celerta in a basin and put the Milk and Cream in by a little at a time to mix it well with the Celerta When mixed put it into a pan that will boil about four quarts and whisk till it gets thick then put it into a Mould & garnish it with sliced Orange. Mrs Cranholls very Good.
