104 Small biscuits Make a paste with 1/4 lb. flour 3 spoonsful of sugar & the same of marmalade add the whites of 2 eggs to work it pretty soft make this paste to what shape you please 105 Egg Balls 6 hard yolks beat in a marble mortar with a piece of butter Salt & Cayenne with a very little flour. 3 yolks of eggs mixed with the above let it stand all night next day boil them in water but not too fast or they will burst. 106 To make rolls. Take 2 lbs fine flour well dried set the sponge with 2 spoonsful of yeast & a little warm milk let it stand before the fire 1/2 hour to rise have ready some more warm Milk with 2 ozs butter melted in it Mix all together & make it into dough
