Wednesday October 6th 1880 I got my work done real soon this morning and went over town to look for a stove that suited me better and got me a few notions for myself and paid my pew rent I helped get the dinner over when I came home and spent the afternoon over to Folsoms practiced in the evening. Thursday October 7th 1880 I was busy about the house work all the forenoon and Adda Fletcher spent the afternoon here. I practiced in the evening. Friday October 8th 1880 I was busy about the work all the forenoon and in the afternoon went over for my music lesson. It was five oclock when I got home I got a basket of peaches I fixed supper for Mr Sherwood he was going home to stay over Sunday. The children went home and Archie and Otto both went to the valley to stay all night. I made me a new sweeping cap in the evening.
