Thursday November 4th 1880 I got the work done so I could rest in the afternoon. Mother got back at two oclock having had a nice visit We talked the most of the afternoon I practiced an hour in the evening. Friday November 5th 1880 I was busy about the house all the forenoon. I papered wood boxes for the rooms up stairs. Hatt went to the valley and Mother to town in the afternoon. I practiced two hours in the evening. I could not go to society as the folks were all away. Saturday November 6th 1880 Mother and I worked in the kitchen nearly all day Win was over I changed my dress before supper and practiced in the evening. Mr Amentrout went home today. Lee got up from the valley.
