Saving...
Monday November 22nd 1880 I went down town this forenoon to get yarn to knit Kate a pair of mittens and Mary Annewalt went with me, it was noon when we got back. In the afternoon I went back over to Charlie Stinsons. I began the mittens as soon as I got there and finished one of them by bed time. Tuesday November 23rd 1880 I knit constantly on the other mitten and finished it at three oclock it was then time to get ready for the train. Mrs Stinson went with me as far as Washington. When I got to Wilton I found Kate at the depot as soon as I had my supper we went to a college exhibition near by. Kate was pleased with her mittens. Wednesday November 24th 1880 I did not feel well so stayed right in doors till just before night Kate and I went up to see Mifs Sherwood a few moments. Weather still cold.
