Osborne biscuits or any shape that is liked. Lightly baked but not at all browned. Ginger pudding. excellent. 1/2 lb flour, 1/4 lb suet 1/4 lb sugar a tea spoon full of powdered ginger mixed together & lightly pressed into a basin or mould. Let it be boiled three hours & served with or without sauce. No liquid or eggs to be used in mixing this pudding.
