afternoon Visiting they have bought John Reeds place I had a very pleasent visit. but hoping you will excuse this scribbling and short letter I will stop untill to morrow eavening if I do not have a chance to send this to the offices to morrow if I do I guess I will not write any more in this you must write as often as you can and make every effort ins your power to get a furlough But Good night I remain yours ever Nellie
