[Upside-down at head of letter]: you must not fail to send that likeness good order. by the way I had a quite a compliment in my school the other day a man from that district stayed all night at Mr Miles he said it was the best school that had ever been taught in the district They have been having quite a [reward?] of religeon in Kosta lately the meeting lasted some three week but has closed now and they commenced a protracted meeting in Marengo last Sunday but we have not been up any as yet Mr Hench took the team up with him so we have no way of going unless they come after us. I am real sorry you are going away again it seems as though you were not exposed
