OCTOBER. 19. Wednesday Leave Camp on Coosie cross on Pontoon & march for Blue Mountain - Pass thru Center Meet Gen Hoods supply trains Gen Beauregard pass us. March 20 miles and camp 20. Thursday Take up our march early for Jacksonville Ala,, Are without rations Roads very dusty.. Go into camp near Jacksonville in the evening Rebels fortifying Jacksonville Draw a few Crackers 21. Friday - Resting in camp near Jacksonville Left this camp in the evening & marched two miles S. W. of Jacksonville and camped for the night
