November 22. Left Savanah last night and took the gulf R.R. Morning finds us some 90 miles south of Savanah - stop here for the night 23. Wednesday Blackshear Ga. are lying here waiting orders. very cold weather scarcely anything to eat. No visible signs of being exchanged soon. 24. Thursday March from camp at Blackshear & go into camp in the woods one mile & a half N.W. of Blackshear. Four small crackers each day is all we get
