Oriental Salad Dressing Rub smoothly the yolks of 3 hard boiled eggs, moistening [with] the yolks of two raw eggs, a seasoning of salt & red pepper, stirring in [with] a fork, drop by drop a good half cupful olive oil and two tsp vinegar. Add lastly a tsp. of chopped onion, olives, & a minced clove of garlic. The remaining raw whites of egg should be dropped into boiling water and when hard chopped up with the whites of eggs previously cooked and added to the salad. At the very last moment two tsp. of cream or half cream & half melted butter should be stirred into the dressing. 1 pound sirloin steak contains 60 gr protein 1 " eggs contain 60 grs. protein 1 " dry peas contain 112 grs. [protein] 1 pound peanut butter [contains] 103 [grs. protein]
