[[underlined]] Wild cherry Wine [[/underlined]] 3 qts. cherries 3 qts. water 4 lbs. sugar Put berries in crock, then sugar. Pour over it 1 qt. boiling water, let stand 1/2 hr, then add rest of water. [[underlined]] Let stand [[/underlined]] till done working. [[underlined]] Grape Wine [[underlined]] 20 lbs. grapes 6 qts boiling water When cool squeeze with hand, let stand 3 days, then squeeze again and add 10 lbs. sugar. Let stand 1 week, then skim and let stand till done fermenting. Bottle and lay bottles on side
