51 March. 31 1916 Mrs. [Websten?] led the Devotional Meeting. Sang "Chris for the World" and "Wind the Ribbon round the Nations." Ps 107 was read, Mrs. Brande Mrs. Lincoln and Mrs. [Websten?] led in prayer. Minutes of last meeting read and approved Com. on Insti reported adversely. Mrs. Lincoln told us Mrs. [Sibbil's?] would come here Mar. 28. Items read of her. Moved she be invited. Carried. A Com. for soliciting for Market Day appointed. Mrs. Comely, Mrs. Woods, Mrs. Dayton and Mrs. Bailey. Mifs Buck had the program, on Habits that Handicap. She thot that Drs. were responsible for Drug habit. Nurses should be forbidden to use hypodermic injection without orders from physicians. United States has thrown out alcohol as a medicine. Mifs Buck told of smoking at the depot. Adjourned Mrs. Stocks Mrs. Stocks Mrs Lincoln, Mifs Terrell & Mrs. Watland went to Montezume and organized a Union of 8 members. Mrs. [Sibbill?] lectured at the Friend's Church Mar. 28 on Equal Suffrage gained 5 new members Mrs. Ray Cole Mrs. Ellen Mincer, Mrs. C.W. Greene and 2 Hon. Mr. Philip German & Mr. C. W. Greene.
