Medical Recipes Camphor Mixture prepared by Dr. Parish of Philadelphia, and used in cases of Diarrhea, Cholera, &c in 1832. Directions Pour boiling water on Camphor well powdered; it will absorb only a certain quantity of water. Of this Camphor's water take three ounces, - and of lavender compound one ounce, and of Loaf Sugar 1/4 lb. Mix them well and shake the vial before using it. Take one tablespoonful once
