Lemon Bisket Take ten eggs leaving out five of the white beat them a quater of an hour then add a pound of fine sifted sugar beat them all one way, half an hour, then stir in half a pound of flower, juce of lemon to your taste & shred the peal of two lemon skins very small put them in little pans & sift sugar over them bake them in a slow oven
