To make biscuits A pound of flower dryed a pound of sugar beat 12 eggs leave out half the whites beat your eggs well and the sugar together for half an hour then put in the flower and mix that in very well, grate the rine of a lemon in and if you chose carway or coriander seeds bake them in pewter plates you must butter the plates. Half the quantity makes five large plates full
