Ginger Beer The [annees?] of Ginger bruised the same of cream of tartar two lbs of loaf sugar the peel and juice of three lemons seven quarts of boiling water to be pressed upon these ingredients when cold add two table spoonfulls of yeast Stir and strain it off put it into stone bottle and tie down the corks - Apple Jelly To one gallon of apples put a gallon and half of water cut the apples in quarters without peeling them then boil them till soft strain them thro' a fine sieve and to each quart of the liquid put a lb and 1/2 of
