"Green Butter" 4 [pounded?] [anchovies?} 4 oz boiled Parsley 2 oz fresh butter Pound all well together, then run [thru?] a hair sieve - make up either in square or small rounds & serve with croutons of dry .... round the dish or Parsley Biscuits a la Falmouth Make Cheese Biscuits & after they are bakd sread the following mixturn over them - big - 2 tablespoonsful of capers, chopped very fine - 2 oz of Butter, the sauce of .... Cheese & a litter .....together & serve the muffin.
