[illegible] Cold in the Head 30 drops of Sal-volatile in a small wine glassful of warm water 5 or 6 times a day. Hooping Cough Equal parts of oil of Amber Laudanum & Spirits of Hartsholm, till mixed together. The [illegible] & Soles of the feet to be rubbed by the fire every night before going to bed. Camphor Poultice 2 oz lard. 1 oz camphor Put the lard in a small pot in a saucepan + melt it over the fire, then add the camphor having previously pounded it + this till it is well mixed. Hair Pomaturer 2 oz lard 1/2 oz of caster oil, 1/2 a small bottle of sweet oil olives, a little of Bergamot or or [illegible] of Roses?
