33 Skim Milk Cheese. made of gathered Curd = and to [break?] the Cold Curd very small that it may mix with the [illegible] dyed with Carrots or Arnotto - by ditto Recipe for washing To every Stone of Clothes - take half a pound o Soap and a quarter pound of Soda Boiled together the night before - (Mrs Spons To make another sort of C[illegible] Cream Take Sour Milk after the cream is taken off put it into a Churn and [illegible] it about [illegible] for a few minutes. Then put it into a vessel and place the vessel in a Tub of warm water - let it stand all night covered up - and next day take the thicker part and mix it with sweet Milk or Cream -
