114 A [illegible] of Cheese Stir into a little Milk some spoonfuls of flour till quite - smooth then add 3 or 4 eggs well beat up & boil gently for about 20 minutes - Let it cool & then stir in some cheese finely grated & season with Mustard pepper & salt - bake it in the oven Mrs Ford[illegible] Irish Moss - New milk & strained into a shape seasoned with Sugar Lemon peel, bitter Almonds - Eat with Jam or [illegible] or [cream?] with jelly syrup in it - Mrs Jordan Arrow root shape - Break down arrow root with water mix the piece, either of rhubarb or fruit syrup - & stew boil it two minutes - Sugar added put in cups & turned out. eaten with whipped cream or custard - Kedgeree of fish - Equal parts of Cold boiled [rice?] & cold fish minced down. & warmed with an egg Beat up a little salt & pepper & butter sent up just for breakfast or dinner if liked -
