Ellie I want you to write soon to me and excuse all my haste as am in a hurry your Brother Milton Hall of the Y. M. C. A. Dec 10th 67 My dear Sister Ellie; Your kind letter was received today and now I will answer it immedialety instead of going out for my dinner - This hall is very inviting - paper, pen and ink being free to its member - I often avail myself of these opportunities Now Ellie, this letter will be to all - And will answer some of the questions first. As for bread and butter I cannot make any use whatever, am very grateful for the kind offer but would find no use the article - I generally take breakfast and supper with Aunt Ellen - dinner I care nothing for.
