Sep. 12th This morning Mr. James Mills came after the Dr. he was very talkative had his little pony asked him if a lady can ride him. O I gess so.he was chawing the bit [illegible] it was a good sign when they do that. [illegible] have these marks on. he came back with the Dr. had quite a conversation with him. heard this week that J.C. was getting some of the new commers to mow for him dont know if it was Mr. [illegible] or not Mrs. Garron was here this week. said she was going out to Mrs. Deny soon spoke of Mr T. lets see what that young fellow name I said lets see & she said it is on my tongue. lits see Tuttle that is it then she braged on him. great
