Monday. Oct 25th It was so dark tonight that the gas was lighted. Mr Sass is fearfully cross. Tuesday Oct 26th It has snowed a little all day, but it it melts as soon as it reaches the ground. Miss Larston is sick, or something, anyhow she did not come today & Mr. Friske taught us. We were dismissed at recess this afternoon. Gracie has got a very bad cold. Linn went up to her Aunt Lizzies to supper & so I studied in the evening. Wed. 27. German again tonight. Mr S. could not have been better named. Miss Larston has not been to school today. 15th dismissed.
