Saturday, Jan 13th. A lovely day & splendid sleighing. Frinkie Cane made Gracie a visit, this morning & his sister Fanny came in the afternoon. May entertained her. I went sleighing - first with Papa, then with Mr. Lacy & with Linn. This evening C. Scott "Dory" Merriam called on May. I have just finished indexing 120 pages in Papa's book. I have not studied enough to speak of today & I meant to do so much. Hope we wont have to draw props. Good night. Sunday, Jan 14th. A very pleasant day, I went to church and Sunday School & after Sunday School Lillie & I took a short walk.
