Another Apple Pudding. Peel & quarter 8 Golden Runnets or 12 Golden Pippins; put them into Water, boil them as you do Apple Sauce, & sweeten them with Loaf Sugar - squeeze in the Juice of two Lemons & grate in their Peel; break eight Eggs & beat all well together & pour it into a Dish with Puff Paste under it; bake it an Hour in a slow oven - Mrs M Orange or Lemon Pudding. Take 1/4 lb of Almonds beat very fine w.th Rose Water to keep them from oyling; put to then - 1/2 lb of Butter & 3/4 lb of fine Sugar with the Rinds of two Lemons grated, & the Juice of
