have ready boil'd & cold again 30 Quarts of Water with 15 lb of double refined Sugar, mix the Water & Brandy adding the same Juice of 30 Oranges & 24 Lemons; then Strain it from the Peels & barrel it up with one Quart of new Milk; bung it up close, & let it stand a Month or six Weeks; then bottle it if fine - It will keep many Years, & the older the better - To make Almond Milk.
