Pomade. Miss Locke 2/coac 1 3/4 ounce Spermaceti 9 ounces Olive oil, melt them , then add 4d. Essence Bergacuot. 2d. Oil of Bitter Almonds. May 28th 1858. W. Woods. Camphor Ice, For Chapped Hands or Lips 1/2 ounce Castor oil, 2 drachms Spermaceti 1 Scruple of Camphor, 2 drachms Glycerine. Melt the Spermaceti,, and Camphor together with the Castor OIl over a gentle fire, when melted stir in the Glycerine drop by drop, If you wish it can scent according to fancy, but not required. Keep covered in a Jar - Excellent Receipt. Hy.
