Puddings Snowball Swell rice in milk strain it off & having pared and coared apples put the rice round them tying each up in a cloth put a bit of lemon peel a clove or cinnamon in each and boil them well A quick Made Pudding Flour and suet half pound each four eggs a quarter of a pint of new milk a little nutmeg and alspice a quarter of a pound of rasins do of currents mix well and boil three quarters of an hour with the cover on or it will require longer
