2 tablespoons milk 5 cups flour. Then add cocoanut, roll thin and cut with round doughnut cutter Vanilla Wafers. 1 cup sugar 2/3 " butter 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon Vanilla 2 full teaspoons baking powder or (2 teaspoons Cr. Tartar 1 " soda) Cream butter add sugar beating well. Add the egg well beaten then the milk & vanilla Sift B.P. in with flour, using flour enough to roll thin Sprinkle sugar on top before cutting out.
