Creamed Peas 1 tablespoon butter 2 " flour Rub together add hot milk and peas Meat Timbales Good for ham or chicken but other meats & fish can be used 1 egg, 1 cup milk. Add 1/4 cup chopped meat 1 tbs. bread crumbs & seasoning Bake in molds set in hot water. Serve with cream or parsly sauce.
