Lemon Sherbert 3 large lemons 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon lemon essence Add 1 qt. milk, and freeze. This is improved by adding 1 orange GRAPE SHERBET. One quart of milk, 1 pound of sugar, 1 cup of grape juice, the juice of 1 lemon; mix and freeze; delicious. Black Eyes. FRUIT PUNCH. Boil 1 cup of water and 2 cups of sugar for five minutes, add 1 cup of strong tea, 1 quart can of grated pineapple, the juice of 6 oranges and 6 lemons, 1 pint of canned strawberries 1 cup of maraschino cherries and dilut with iced water to suit the taste. Grate 1 small pineapple, add two cup of raspberry juice, the juice of 1 lemon the juice of 1 orange, 2 cups of suga and four cups of water. Serve ver cold. Mrs. H. Grape Sherbet Boil 1 lb. Sugar & qt. water 5 min when cool, add 1 pt grape juice & 2 tbs lemon juice when nearly frozen add white egg beaten & 1 tbs pow'd Sugar.
