-96- For Georgetta. Our babie’s Birthday! This is our baby’s birthday She has gone five and twenty years Along life’s rugged way. We wish her onward marching How’ere short or long it may be To be enriched with Heavenly joys Midst the billows of life’s sea. We wish her to be anchored On that rock of endless ages Recalling God’s many blessings As she looks back on life’s pages. Now dear, where er'e thy lot In this world may be cast My wish for thee Is Heavenly bliss at last. Eighth month – 28 – 1928. From thy loving sister, Ina.
