19 Our program on this day is usually made up of guessing contests and games etc., just wholesome fun and merriment. At one of these meetings a musical number was played on a tin horn by Mrs Bragg, Mrs Ford accompaning her on a childs toy piano. One time a whirligig probable a forerunner of the moving pictures of today, an heirloom belonging to Mrs Erwin, furnished novel and amusing entertainment. One time we took our dolls and told of our childhood attachment for them. On another day we took our baby pictures for identification. Still another time we took keepsakes and heirlooms and told of thier history. One year at Mrs Erwins, 1932, a sudden, severe, thunder and rain storm came up, which caused quite a panic among us and as the road was not rocked then, some had difficulty in getting thier cars through the mud to the paving about a mile away.
