Amendments. [Aug?] 8. This Constitution may be a two-thirds vote of the members present at any regular meeting, due notice having been geven one month previous, provided said amendment does not conflict with the requirements of the State Union regarding membership [Lus?], remittances and reports. By - Laura. The following order of business shall be observed in the regular meeting, under otherwise ordered by the Union: First half hour, devotional exercises. Reading minutes of last meeting. Unfinished business. Regular course of reaing. [L?] incursion. Adjournment. Superintendents. Superintendents shall be appointed to have in charge the different lines of work recommended by the State Union. Membership fees. The entire membership fee of $1.00 per year shall be paid during the month in which the name is enrolled and reported and shall be appropriated as follows, [vig?]: Forty cents to the State and National Unions; twenty cents to the District Union; twenty-five cents for "The Mr. le. T. W. Champion", an the remainder to be retained in the local treasury. Remittances. The Treasurer of this Union shall remit semi-annually (in the first week of March and September) to the Treasurer of the State Union, the Auxiliary fees for the District, State and National Unions, 85 cents per year for each member of the Union. All remittance shall be by postoffice order or draft if possible to prevent [lors?]; never by postage stamps for amounts exceeding 25 cents.
